Gunjan holds a dual Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing and Finance from IIPM, Delhi, and a degree in Mathematics and Economics from Indraprastha College, Delhi University. She spent 13 years at HSBC in banking and wealth management before joining 360 ONE in 2018.

Known for her curiosity and logical approach, she prioritises understanding client needs to deliver seamless service. A fitness enthusiast, she enjoys reading, dancing and rifle shooting.
