At Nexedge, he leads the Group Compliance function, overseeing regulatory adherence, internal controls and ethical conduct. His expertise in SEBI regulations, RBI frameworks and institutional compliance supports Nexedge’s operations as it scales its investment advisory and capital market businesses.
