Himanshu is a finance and operations professional with over 20 years of experience in backend operations, predominantly within NBFCs, encompassing service delivery, regulatory reporting and system enhancement. At 360 ONE Prime Limited, he managed end-to-end NBFC operations for nine years, having previously held leadership roles at Morgan Stanley and Kotak Mahindra Investments Limited. He holds an MBA in Finance and International Business, reflecting his strong analytical foundation.

Himanshu resides in Gurugram with his spouse and two children. An avid road trip enthusiast, he has travelled across 18 Indian states and two countries by road with his family.
